Junior / Intermediate / Part-Time

REQUIREMENTS

Strong understanding of how to develop plans for permits.

Strong understanding of reading and understanding construction documents.

Proficient in building Revit models.

Proficient in rendering using Lumion.

Knowledge of how to develop construction documents.

Knowledge of building codes/regulations and the ability to research codes in various locations.

Knowledge of building assemblies, techniques, and construction.

Ability to read and interpret various consultant documents including survey documents, civil engineering plans, structural drawings, title 24 calculations, and landscape plans.

Ability to communicate effectively remotely including email/phone.

Ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

Understanding of Adobe (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).

Interest in contemporary architectural design.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree

3-5 years of experience in single family residential projects
